Replacement Procedure

Stylus Pen
Received pen and I thought it was the wrong model. Called Company and spoke to someone who was able to help me right away. I had to remove the piece that had broken off. The person I spoke to could not have been nicer. Should be more people like him in the world.

Looks the same as original stylus
Customers were having a hard time signing their signatures. Ordered a replacement stylus, and I received it the next day. The replacement version works as good as the original one, before the cord was frayed.
