Thank you for selecting Terminaldepot for your swap / replacement needs.  Orders requested by 3 PM EST on a business day will be shipped that same business day; all other orders will be shipped the next business day.  All orders will be shipped FedEx standard overnight delivery.                                                 

The swap/replacement fee includes a refundable deposit, and the standard overnight delivery as well as a pre paid return label (Automated Retrieval Service (ARS) Label) and instructions on how to return the broken device.  It is imperative that you return the broken equipment in a within (30) days of receipt of replacement equipment.  If the broken like equipment is not returned within thirty (30) days including accessories (when applicable), customer will forfeit deposit.

Since this is a swap program and not an upgrade program, you must return like devices to avoid forfeiting deposit.  For example, if we ship you a VeriFone VX570 we expect a VeriFone VX570 in return.  However, if we ship you a VeriFone VX570 and we receive a VeriFone VX510, you will forfeit the deposit.
