Swap / Exchange Program

Equipment Swap Program is a service provided by Terminaldepot which includes equipment exchange (swap/replacement) associated with equipment failures.                                              

1. Equipment Replacement.  Replacement equipment orders placed by 3 p.m. ET will be shipped on the same day; all other orders will be shipped on the next business day.  A prepaid shipping label will be included with each replacement unit, which must be used to return the defective equipment to.  It is the responsibility of the Customer to re-package the defective equipment (including the accessories) using the same shipment container provided with the replacement equipment.  All defective equipment must be returned to Terminaldepot within thirty (30) days of receipt of the replacement equipment.   

2. Like Products. Customer is responsible for returning the same equipment that was shipped out (“Like”) including accessories (when applicable). Since this is a swap program and not an upgrade program, you must return like devices.  For example, if we ship you a VeriFone VX570 we expect a VeriFone VX570 in return.

3. Refundable Deposits.  All Terminaldepot customers ("Customer") will be charged a deposit on all Terminal Equipment Swap to ensure that equipment is returned within (30) days of receipt.  Upon receiving the Like defective equipment including accessories (when applicable) the deposit will be refunded back to customer within seven business days. If equipment is not returned within (30) days of receipt, or the returned product is not a Like equipment, Customer will forfeit the deposit.

4. Fees. All Terminaldepot Customer are responsible for all costs and fees (“Fees”) associated with equipment replacement.  Upon receipt of the returned equipment, if the accessories (when applicable) are not included, Terminaldepot reserves the right to charge Customer for the missing items. Fees associated with the missing items shall be deducted from deposit based on current price, as applicable.  If the Customer fails to return such Like defective equipment to Terminaldepot within thirty (30) days, Terminaldepot will charge Customer for the full-price of the replacement equipment based on purchase price including deposit.
