echnology for your swap/replacement needs.  Orders requested by 1:30 PM PST/4:30 PM EST on a business day will be shipped that same business day.  Order requests that are received after the applicable cut-off will be shipped the next business day.  All orders will be shipped FedEx standard overnight delivery.

The swap/replacement fee includes the standard overnight delivery to your merchant as well as a pre paid return label (Automated Retrieval Service (ARS) Label) and instructions on how to return the broken device.  It is imperative that you return the broken equipment in a timely manner.  As outlined in the agreement you are liable for any non-returned equipment.  If the broken equipment is not received back within thirty (30) days, you will be billed for the refurbished cost of the equipment, at current marketplace value, plus applicable tax for each broken device.  

Since this is a swap program and not an upgrade program, you must return like devices to avoid any additional charges.  For example, if we ship you a VeriFone VX510LE we expect a VeriFone VX510LE in return.  However, if we ship you a VeriFone VX510LE and we receive a VeriFone Omni 3730LE, you will be charged for the incorrect returned device.
